Individual Counseling
Sis, sit down. You are safe here.
Individual therapy consists of having an outlet and nonjudgmental space to express your past, present, and future. You've spent so much time taking care of other people, but it's time to focus on you. In this space, you will be able to be yourself, decompress, and be at ease. We will discuss and help develop your self-awareness into your own insight and behaviors, and together, work to create a new you.
Young Adult Intensive
Being the only or one of few is hard! I have worked extensively with adolescents and teenagers experiencing trauma or mental health issues. I help them work through their anxiety and feelings of being singled out, excluded, or stereotyped by teaching resiliency building techniques. I help reimagine coping skills to navigate tough situations in which they feel isolated and unheard. I can help give them tools to boost and maintain self-esteem and create a sense of belonging. Finally, I also help loved ones create a supportive space for their child to work through their emotions. The goal to help you learn how to be the support your child needs so after therapy ends the conversation can continue at home.

Clinical Supervision
I am a New Jersey Certified Clinical Social Worker Supervisor. This service is offered to Licensed Social Worker's (LSW's) obtaining clinical hours towards their LCSW licensure. This is a robust program intended for a serious clinical student ready to learn. We meet weekly and discuss a broad range of topics related to your social work employment and clinical skills.
